Pistachios are fruits of the Pistacia vera plant and belong to the Anacardiaceae family. It has many nutritional and therapeutic properties. Pistachio is a dried fruit of the characteristic green color and is enclosed in a woody shell. In the market you can find fresh or toasted. Its regular intake, in moderate amounts, of course, has beneficial effects on various aspects of health that we will now see.

Cardiovascular system:
